MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

JOB SUMMARY:

TH Plastics, Inc., is a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Findlay, Ohio Molding Division.

JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for maintaining and repairing injection molding machines.

SCHEDULE:

• 3^rd Shift (11:00pm-7:20am)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two-year technical degree in mechanical or electrical maintenance preferred
• Ability to read schematics
• Capable of wiring electrical circuits and performing plumbing installations
• Experience in Injection Molding
• Good communication and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Must be willing to work overtime when scheduled
• Previous experience or education in industrial hydraulics, electricity up to 480v, and machinery
• Regular on-site attendance

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(The following list does not include all duties and responsibilities)

• Maintain and repair injection molding machines ranging from 80T to 1500T
• Maintain all supporting equipment; conveyors, grinders, pneumatic systems, water heaters, etc
• Troubleshoot robots, PLC’s, and vision systems on auxiliary equipment
• Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints
• Construct tooling for robots and manufacturing assembly equipment
• Document all repairs and preventative maintenance activities to comply with TS/ISO requirements
• Maintain clean work area
• All other related duties as assigned
